Case study
Maardu port, Katoen Natie Eesti: 700 fixtures, 4× lower energy use
- ~700 fixtures replaced in a warehouse (~14 m high) and along a 500 m rail trestle
- Old 250–400 W metal-halide fixtures replaced with 150 W LED industrial fixtures
- Motion sensors and zone-based control, light comes on only on movement
- Energy use fell roughly 3–4 times, even more with the automation
- A large, technically complex project, delivered in about 1.5 months
