2. What we collect and why

2.1 Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We keep an enquiry for three years, then delete it.

2.2 Visitor statistics

If you consent, we use Google Analytics to collect your device type, approximate location to country and city level, the pages you viewed, time spent on the page, and where you arrived from. We collect no name or contact details here, and we do not link statistics to your enquiry. The legal basis is consent, Article 6(1)(a).

No analytics cookies are set before you consent. Google Analytics then sends only a cookieless signal, which cannot identify an individual visitor.

4. Who we share data with

  • Google Ireland Limited: visitor statistics, only with your consent.
  • Web3Forms: relays the form content to our email.
  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for marketing. Some of these providers also process data outside the European Union; that happens under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to processing, to receive your data in a machine-readable form, and to withdraw consent at any time.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate: Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee.

6. Changing your consent

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Press the button and we will ask again.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. For substantive changes we ask for statistics consent again.
